Ranging from 10 to 250, each venue has a unique capacity, and some spaces may be combined to suit a larger gathering. Capacity is shown in the detail of each venue.
While day-of coordination is HIGHLY recommended in order to better ensure an event that allows you to focus on you, a coordinator is not required. However, you must designate at least one person from your party as a coordination contact.
We love the rain, as it helps our flowers to grow, and our rolling hills remain green! Each venue is covered, but if you have selected to be under the sky, ad-hoc movement of the gathering space may be required.
Yes, we love meeting new vendors! However, all vendors must pass a vetting process that is finalized shortly after booking.
May I choose my own vendors?
While some couples elect add valet service, guests self-park in our nearby lots and walk in.
Where do my guests park?
Event liability is an insurance policy that protects you in the event that damage occurs on or to the property while you are using it. Additionally, recommended is an event cancellation policy, which covers any number of causes for an event to be cancelled.
What is an event liability policy and why do I need it?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Once a reservation has been made, due to the removal of a secured date from other prospective happy clients, there are no refunds offered

Do you have a preferred vendor list?
NC and local ordinance will not allow for bringing or consuming alcohol not served by a licensed bartender. All bartenders must be pre-approved.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
While many of our guests elect to be close to nature and the views available on the property, there are indoor options, based upon availability.
Is the event 100% Outdoors?
We are an ADA compliant facility, however we would appreciate an advance conversation regarding any any accommodation you or your guests might require.
What if I am handicapped or elderly?
The catering vendor is responsible to remove/clean all serving-related items, and the vendors associated with decor remove the same, restoring the venue to the pre-event state.

Are there additional accommodations nearby for out-of-town guests?
Within our vendor-inclusive packages, yes, tablescapes are included, otherwise, you will need to make arrangements with your coordinator and tablescaping vendor.
